What are the benefits of this type of light:
1) Turns on instantly; no waiting on a light to warm up like what is needed with metal halide type lighting.
2) Low profile. After slightly suspending the light, you are still less than 8-10 inches off the ceiling. Traditional metal halide high bay lights hang down over two feet. These lights buy you a little bit more head room.
3) Warranty: a 5 year ballast warranty means that if there are any problems, we take care of sending you a new ballast. We also pay for return shipping for any defects. However, we do not anticipate any problems with these lights.
