Orders to Hawaii or Alaska must be shipped via US Postal Service, subject to 2-3 day waiting period for items to be transferred in to our warehouse if needed. After completion of your purchase, we will calculate the actual postal amount and advise you of the additional costs; you will have the option to cancel the order if you are not satisfied with the amount.
Poles and T5/T8 lighting cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
Returns are accepted; however, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Furthermore, original shipping charges are subtracted from the purchase amount (this applies even if “FREE SHIPPING” is given, since shipping is never actually free).
Please inspect all orders within 7 days of receipt to ensure satisfactory receipt of product. We cannot be responsible for labor costs, lift rental costs, contractor/electrician costs etc associated with your order. If you did not receive all of the items that you ordered, received the wrong item, or you have damaged goods, please contact us at your soonest convenience.
We try our hardest, but it is ultimately the customers resposibility to check the order for accuracy prior to ordering installations Occasionally, some items are back-ordered and we do our best to keep you updated on the status of these items. However, please be advised that we do not have the ability to expedite replacement orders due to damage or inaccurate orders, as most are shipped factory direct. If a customer elects to buy their own replacement items, we do not reimburse for the actual price they paid for the item, rather we reimburse for our set price on these items.�Labor is non-reimbursable.
