Item arrived damaged, called customer service and the receptionist told me someone would get back with me to resolve the issue... It's been almost two weeks now and I'm still waiting had to order lights elsewhere because they needed to be installed in a timely fashion. We need a lot of lights for our offices and buildings, I'm glad I didn't order them all at once through this company.
