#1 Question: I have a canceled order(s) but my credit card was still billed.

Answer: Your credit card was not billed but authorized for the order amount. It is a temporary hold that will fall off your account in 24-72 hours. Cors Lighting will only charge your card when the order ships and only for the amount that ships. We are extremely sorry for the trouble this has caused, that is last thing we want for our customers. The authorization is due to the February 2009 regulations regarding credit card information and how it is stored. If there is anything we can do to help make your shopping experience better please let us know
